For the last few years, I have had a lot of difficulty sleeping through much of the night and felt tired in the morning and throughout the day. A sleep study showed that I had mild to moderate sleep apnea. Instead of going with the CPAP machine that I knew I would not use, I contacted Dr. Jim Lipton who fabricated a sleep appliance for me. After a few weeks of getting used to the appliance and adjustments, I have been sleeping better than I have for years and have been told that I no longer snore. I wake up feeling completely rested and have more energy and feel more alert than I have for as long as I can remember. The mouthguard has done wonders for me and is so much easier than a CPAP machine. I highly recommend this for anyone with sleep and/or snoring problems.
